Working With Us: Step-by-Step
1. Let's Chat
Reach out by phone or email to tell us about your project. We’ll get back to you quickly to discuss the scope and ensure we are the right fit for your needs.
2. Site Visit & Consultation
Next, we’ll schedule a preliminary appointment to meet at your home or business, look at the space, and dive deeper into your vision.
3. Design & Proposal
If we move forward, we will prepare a comprehensive project proposal, complete with drawings and finish samples for your review.
4. Agreement & Fabrication
Once you approve the design, we will secure a signed contract and deposit. As we bring your project to life in our shop, you are always welcome and encouraged to drop by and see the progress!
5. Delivery & Installation
A progress payment may be due upon delivery before installation begins. Final payment is expected once installation is complete and your project is beautifully in place.
🛠️ Flexibility: Want to make adjustments? Any additions or changes to the original design can easily be handled via a standard change order.
